Turnaround times depend on the product and printing process, with a standard timeframe of 10 business days or less. Rush services are available at no additional cost; however, customers must confirm rush production before placing their orders. Please note that rush fees do not cover expedited shipping or setup for promotional orders.

TTN will supply customers with JPEG and PNG files for customer use on digital media. The only artwork you will ever pay for is artwork you (the customer) choose to own. Please note that Thread the Needle Embroidery, LLC owns all rights to artwork they make or recreate.

Free delivery by us, within a 45 mile radius, orders can also be shipped USPS, UPS, and FedEx for an additional fee.

Yes, we can build online stores FREE of charge. TTN will fill customer orders and ship them to you or your customers. We can handle all store sizes and customers!

We like to get personal here at TTN. Names, and numbers can be added to just about any products. We are setup to accomodate personalization requests.

SEND CONCEPT: Determine concept and what the end goal is, including time frame.

DESIGN: Allow 1-2 days for TTN to take the concept and turn it into a mock-up which typically includes a few different layout options. Revisions are common and require an additional 1-2 days.

APPROVAL: Customer approves artwork and TTN takes it from there. Allow up to 10 business days for turnaround time.
